SOT – Kind Of Saltz

Ticket To The Moon-Dilemma On Earth

TICKET TO THE MOON (3TM) is a progressive band from Basel, Switzerland. It was founded in 2003 by Daniel Gosteli drummer and Andrea Portapia guitarist, two friends that shared the passion for prog-music. Since, Matthias Zwick keyboardist and Guillaume Carbonneau bassist joined consecutively. Vocals are alternatively shared between Andy and Danny. 3TM is a true product of Europe with no less than 4 nations represented: Germany, Italy, Switzerland and France. Some say it might be the root of such an eclectic musical…
style! 3TM can be described as a blend of Atmospheric-Rock, Progressive-Rock with stronger Metal influences, giving a modern and melodic Progressive music. Their debut album “Dilemma on Earth” is taking the audience into a continuously evolving musical journey and resulting in sound inspired by band such as Amplifier, Porcupine Tree, Andromeda, Opeth, Tool, Dream Theater, Pink Flyod while still maintaining an original identity of their own. This first Opus recorded at Tower Studio in France is composed of 5 songs and 2 instrumental concepts; mixing technical and musical elements it produces a rich album already showing promises for the next to come.

Bolus – Triangulate

The third album by Toronto-based progressive rock band, Bolus. 13 tracks feature a tasteful blend of dynamic composition and catchy melody.
Being the first album written after the addition of bassist Daniel Avner, a new collaboration experience has allowed for a progression into exciting sonic territory. In May 2012, we had spent a week at the Karch family cottage on Georgian Bay, with the single goal of writing fresh material for the new album. In a drastic change of scenery, with our creative juices flowing, we spent the week jamming and writing non-stop, and eventually came back home to Toronto with 13 tracks that we couldn’t wait to share with our fans and friends around the world!

Beautiful geometric artwork by Andy Kolenberg wonderfully complements our new musical compositions, and takes a refreshing turn from the art of previous Bolus album covers. Additionally, our own Mat Keselman has once again put his mixing talent to work with this release.

Anathema-Internal Landscape...

[voice]"And I felt myself going.
I was in a great deal of pain.
It was a very frightening experience
I began to slip.

I just started to feel myself going.
And I remember trying to hold on “'Ill be ok, Ill be ok”
And it got to a point where I just couldn't
And everything began to just become very quiet
And I can remember with every ounce of strength I had, I wanted to say goodbye to my wife. It was important to me.
And I did, I remember just turning my head and looking at her and saying “I'm gonna die” “Goodbye Joan”, and I did…
It was then that I experienced.. experienced what we call a near death experience, for me it was nothing near about it, it was there.
It was a total immersion in light, brightness, warmth, peace, security
I did not have an out-of-body-experience, I did not see my body or any one about me… I just immediately went into this beautiful bright light,
It's difficult to describe, as a matter of fact is impossible to describe, verbally it cannot be expressed, it's something which becomes you and you become it,

I could say that I was peace, I was love, I was the brightness, it was part of me[/voice]

Goodbye my Friend
Life will never end
And I feel like you
And I breath on truth

Love is the life breath of all I see
Love is true life inside of me
And I know you somehow
As I hold you in my heart, in my heart

There`s a fire in the sky, and I know it`s you
There`s a light, it`s all around, and I know it`s you, I know it`s you.
And I feel like you
Cause I breath on truth

For I was always there
I will always be there

[voice]It's just so beautiful,
It was eternity, its like I was always there, and I will always be there
that my existance on earth was very brief, instant ...
I could say that I was peace, I was love, I was the brightness,it was part of me.[/voice]

HellHaven - About Reading and Writing

"...It is true we love life not because we are wont to live,
but because we are wont to love.
There is always some madness in love. But there is always,
also, some method in madness.
And to me also, who appreciate life, the butterflies,
and soap-bubbles, and whatever is like them amongst us,
seem most to enjoy happiness.
To see these light, foolish, pretty, lively little sprites flit about...

...I should only believe in a God that would know how to dance...

Now am I light, now do I fly, now do I see myself under myself.
Now there danceth a God in me."

Sonrisa!

SONRISA!

Lo siento perdona, no quiero molestarte
Pero llevo un buen rato observándote
No se si tu has sentido algo parecido, alguna vez…
Alguna vez… alguna vez…

Richard Wright-Summer Elegy

Something's got to give
We can't carry on like this
One year on, and more, unsure
Where do we go from here?
Many nights and many days I've spent with you
Talking about what we should do.
I can't say
Nothing's clear to me no more.
One more sleepless night
Yet another wasted day.
This song has no end
Too many words fill my mind.
You gave so much too soon
No longer sure where you want to be.
Turn around
See what you have found.
Let's drink to absent friends
How they cared and all they shared.
We took our life to the edge
They still try to understand.
Time is running out, you're going down
Come on, let's go wherever they may be.
Make a choice
Stay behind or follow me...

Oasis-Gas Panic

Es como el hermano mayor de "D'You Know What I Mean?."

Oasis-Roll It Over

I Remember that, i was 14 years old... crap i'm fucking older now lol
one of the best songs of OASIS

Oasis - Stop Crying Your Heart Out

Hold up
Hold on
Don't be scared
You'll never change what's been and gone

May your smile (may your smile)

Shine on (shine on)
Don't be scared (don't be scared)
Your destiny may keep you warm

'cause all of the stars

Are fading away
Just try not to worry
You'll see them some day
Take what you need
And be on your way
And stop crying your heart out

Get up (get up)

Come on (come on)
Why're you scared? (I'm not scared)
You'll never change
What's been and gone

'cause all of the stars

Are fading away
Just try not to worry
You'll see them some day
Take what you need
And be on your way
And stop crying your heart out

'cause all of the stars

Are fading away
Just try not to worry
You'll see them some day
Take what you need
And be on your way
And stop crying your heart out

We're all of us stars

We're fading away
Just try not to worry
You'll see us some day
Just take what you need
And be on your way
And stop crying your heart out
Stop crying your heart out
Stop crying your heart out

Same Ol' Road Lyrics - Dredg

Here we go - down that same old road again,
Sympathy unfolds the shell that holds,
All beauty within,
Here we go - down that same old road again,

A memory, a regret, a hope.

Here we go - down that same old road again,
Empathy controls the wind that blows,
And tickles our skin,

A memory, a regret, a hope, a stimulant.

Recent it seems, we must push on,
We must push on, though we bleed,
We must push on, we must push on.

All you need is a modest house in a modest neighborhood,
In a modest town, where honest people dwell.
Making the cleanest energy,
For the greenest plants to grow,

In the richest soil that is drenched,
With the freshest rain,

Then you should sit in your backyard,
Watch clouds peak over the tallest mountain tops,
Because they unveil honest opinions about the stars.

We must push on, we must push on, recent it seems,
We must push on, we must push on,
Though we bleed, we must push on, we must push on

All you need is a modest house in a modest neighborhood

The Kings Of Leon-The End

I don't want the street lights
Laughing at the grave
He swears he's gonna give it up
It's never gonna be enough
I just wanna be there
When you're all alone
Thinking about a better day
When you had it in your bones

This could be the end

This could be the end
This could be the end
This could be the end

I see you in the evening

Sitting on your throne
You're playing with a fireball
And posted up against the wall
I just wanna hold you
Take you by your hand
And tell you that you're good enough
Tell you that it's gonna be tough

This could be the end

This could be the end
This could be the end
This could be the end
Cause I ain't got a home

Running from the streetlights

Shining on the grave
Once you've had the good stuff
Never gonna fill you up
I wanna be the one who
Gives them all a whirl
And gives them all the finger at it
Just a little taste of it

This could be the end

This could be the end
This could be the end
This could be the end

Cause I ain't got a home

I'll forever roam
No I ain't got a home
I'll forever roam
Said I ain't got a home
I'll forever roam
No I ain't got a home
I'll forever roam
I ain't got a home

Gustavo Cerati-Persiana Americana

Yo te prefiero fuera de foco,
inalcansable.
Yo te prefiero inrebersible,
casi intocable.
Tus ropas caen lentamente,
soy un espia...un espectador
y el ventilador desgarrandote,
se que te exita pensar
hasta adonde llegare.
Es dificil de creer,
creo que nunca lo podre saber.
Solo asi yo te vere
atravez de mi persiana americana.
Es una novela agradable,
el instante precio,
es como un desgaste...
una necesidad,
mas que un deseo.
Estamos al borde
de la corniza,
casi a punto de caer...
no sientes miedo,
sigues sonriendo...
se que te exita pensar
hasta dondee llegare.
Dificil de creer,
creo que nunca lo podre saber.
solo asi yo te vere...
atravez de mi persiana americana.
Tus ropas caen lentamente
soy un espia...
un especador.
y el ventilador desgarrandote..
se que te exita pensar
hasta donde llegare.
Es dificil de creer...
creo que nunca lo podre saber,
solo asi yo te vere
atraves de mi persiana americana
Lo que pueda suceder...
toma tus fuerzas para comprender
solo asi yo te vere

atraves de mi periana americana...

Gustavo Cerati-Fantasma

Mejor quedarse quieto y esperar
por favor perdona mi actitud
en caída libre, no soy libre
nubazón, nubazón
pasará
La hondonada nos dejó sin caricias
y varias noches sin poder dormir
Fatalismo inútil
ignorar temores
me muero por creer que es posible
seamos amigos
Por la vida sentirá aún más frío
y el fantasma no podrá... dormir

Bruce Springsteen-Drive All Night

When I lost you honey sometimes I think
I lost my guts too
And I wish God would send me a word send me something Im afraid to lose
Lying in the heat of the night like prisoners all our lives
I get shivers down my spine and all
I wanna do is hold you tight

(chorus)
I swear I'll drive all night just to buy you some shoes
And to taste your tender charms
And I just wanna sleep tonight again in your arms

Tonight there's fallen angels and they're waiting for us down in the street
Tonight there's calling strangers, hear them crying in defeat.
Let them go,
Let them go,
Let them go,
Do their dances of the dead (letem go right ahead)
You just dry your eyes girl,
And cmon cmon cmon lets go to bed,
Baby, baby, baby

(chorus)

There's machines and there's fire waiting on the edge of town
They're out there for hire but baby they can't hurt us now
Cause youve got,
Youve got,
Youve got,
Youve got my love,
Youve got my love
Through the wind,
Through the rain,
The snow, the wind,
The rain
Youve got,
Youve got my,
My love heart and soul

HEY YOU!!!!!

Pink Floyd-The Final Cut

Through the fish-eyed lens of tear stained eyes
I can barely define the shape of this moment in time
And far from flying high in clear blue skies
I'm spiraling down to the hole in the ground where I hide.

If you negotiate the minefield in the drive
And beat the dogs and cheat the cold electronic eyes
And if you make it past the shotgun in the hall,
Dial the combination, open the priesthole
And if I'm in I'll tell you what's behind the wall.

There's a kid who had a big hallucination
Making love to girls in magazines.
He wonders if you're sleeping with your new found faith.
Could anybody love him
Or is it just a crazy dream?

And if I show you my dark side
Will you still hold me tonight?
And if I open my heart to you
And show you my weak side
What would you do?
Would you sell your story to Rolling Stone?
Would you take the children away
And leave me alone?
And smile in reassurance
As you whisper down the phone?
Would you send me packing?
Or would you take me home?

Thought I oughta bare my naked feelings,
Thought I oughta tear the curtain down.
I held the blade in trembling hands
Prepared to make it but just then the phone rang
I never had the nerve to make the final cut.

"Hello? Listen, I think I've got it. Okay, listen its a HaHa!"

Verbal Delirium-Sudden Winter

Some nice song for this fucking day!

Projected Twin - Circle Of Two

Silence, a circle, i'm living here with you
Simple as breathing, but we're breathing here for two
There's no way i could ever leave until we free the truth
Appreciating your concern over this life and what we learned
Through the years i try to churn
With my eyes wide shut through all of this
Oooh trying so hard to see
Autumn and summer sunshine skies of grey
That are turning round and round
Leaving behind the smell of damp and decay i want to leave the ground
Thinking of times that lead us into decay you lose grip but don't let go
Telling myself the sun will shine again again again
Afraid i'll say the wrong thing, lead astray the winding fleeting way
The mindful being awake, the tiger sleeping in the den
I'm falling in again
Our somber certainty
And i see you, through this life we try to learn
Through the years i try to burn with my ears glued closed for once
I'm tired of waiting for you to come clean and ease my mind
This angle is turning on me to comprehend what i can
But i could never turn a blind eye to our life
Afraid i'll say the wrong thing, lead astray the winding fleeting way
The mindful being awake, the tiger sleeping in the den
I'm falling in again, our somber certainty, our final long descent

Pink Floyd-High Hopes

Beyond the horizon of the place we lived when we were young
In a world of magnets and miracles
Our thoughts strayed constantly and without boundary
The ringing of the division bell had begun

Along the Long Road and on down the Causeway
Do they still meet there by the Cut

There was a ragged band that followed in our footsteps
Running before time took our dreams away
Leaving the myriad small creatures trying to tie us to the ground
To a life consumed by slow decay

The grass was greener
The light was brighter
With friends surrounded
The night of wonder

Looking beyond the embers of bridges glowing behind us
To a glimpse of how green it was on the other side
Steps taken forwards but sleepwalking back again
Dragged by the force of some inner tide

At a higher altitude with flag unfurled
We reached the dizzy heights of that dreamed of world

Encumbered forever by desire and ambition
There's a hunger still unsatisfied
Our weary eyes still stray to the horizon
Though down this road we've been so many times

The grass was greener
The light was brighter
The taste was sweeter
The nights of wonder
With friends surrounded
The dawn mist glowing
The water flowing
The endless river

Pink Floyd-Lost For Words

I was spending my time in the doldrums
I was caught in the cauldron of hate
I felt persecuted and paralyzed
I thought that everything else would just wait
While you are wasting your time on your enemies
Engulfed in a fever of spite
Beyond your tunnel vision reality fades
Like shadows into the night

To martyr yourself to caution
Is not going to help at all
Because there'll be no safety in numbers
When the Right One walks out of the door

Can you see your days blighted by darkness?
Is it true you beat your fists on the floor?
Stuck in a world of isolation
While the ivy grows over the door

So I open my door to my enemies
And I ask could we wipe the slate clean
But they tell me to please go fuck myself
You know you just can't win

Pink Floyd-Keep Talking

For millions of years mankind lived just like the animals
Then something happenend which unleashed the power of our imagination
We learned to talk

There's a silence surrounding me
I can't seem to think straight
I'll sit in the corner
No one can bother me
I think I should speak now ___________ Why won't you talk to me
I can't seem to speak now ____________ You never talk to me
My words won't come out right ________ What are you thinking
I feel like I'm drowning _____________ What are you feeling
I'm feeling weak now _________________ Why won't you talk to me
But I can't show my weakness _________ You never talk to me
I sometimes wonder ___________________ What are you thinking
Where do we go from here _____________ What are you feeling

It doesn't have to be like this
All we need to do is make sure we keep talking

Why won't you talk to me _____________ I feel like I'm drowning
You never talk to me _________________ You know I can't breathe now
What are you thinking ________________ We're going nowhere
What are you feeling _________________ We're going nowhere

Why won't you talk to me
You never talk to me
What are you thinking
Where do we go from here

It doesn't have to be like this
All we need to do is make sure we keep talking

Pink Floyd-Coming Back To Life

Where were you when I was burned and broken
While the days slipped by from my window watching
And where were you when I was hurt and I was helpless
Because the things you say and the things you do surround me
While you were hanging yourself on someone else's words
Dying to believe in what you heard
I was staring straight into the shining sun

Lost in thought and lost in time
While the seeds of life and the seeds of change were planted
Outside the rain fell dark and slow
While I pondered on this dangerous but irresistible pastime

I took a heavenly ride through our silence
I knew the moment had arrived
For killing the past and coming back to life

I took a heavenly ride through our silence
I knew the waiting had begun
And I headed straight..into the shining sun.

Pink Floyd-Take It Back

Her love rains down on me easy as the breeze
I listen to her breathing it sounds like the waves on the sea
I was thinking all about her, burning with rage and desire
We were spinning into darkness; the earth was on fire

She could take it back, she might take it back someday

So I spy on her, I lie to her, I make promises I cannot keep
Then I hear her laughter rising, rising from the deep
And I make her prove her love for me, I take all that I can take
And I push her to the limit to see if she will break

She might take it back, she could take it back some day

Now I have seen the warnings, screaming from all sides
It's easy to ignore them and G-d knows I've tried
All this temptation, it turned my faith to lies
Until I couldn't see the danger or hear the rising tide

She can take it back, she will take it back some day
She can take it back, she will take it back some day
She can take it back, she will take it back some day

Pink Floyd-Wearing The Inside Out

From morning to night I stayed out of sight
Didn't recognize I'd become
No more than alive I'd barely survive
In a word...overrun

Won't hear a sound
From my mouth
I've spent too long
On the inside out
My skin is cold
To the human touch
This bleeding heart's
Not beating much

I murmured a vow of silence and now
I don't even hear when I think aloud
Extinguished by light I turn on the night
Wear its darkness with an empty smile

I'm creeping back to life
My nervous system all awry
I'm wearing the inside out

Look at him now
He's paler somehow
But he's coming round
He's starting to choke
It's been so long since he spoke
Well he can have the words right from my mouth

And with these words I can see
Clear through the clouds that covered me
Just give it time then speak my name
Now we can hear ourselves again

I'm holding out
For the day
When all the clouds
Have blown away
I'm with you now
Can speak your name
Now we can hear
Ourselves again

Pink Floyd-A Great Day for Freedom

On the day the wall came down
They threw the locks onto the ground
And with glasses high we raised a cry for freedom had arrived

On the day the wall came down
The Ship of Fools had finally run aground
Promises lit up the night like paper doves in flight

I dreamed you had left my side
No warmth, not even pride remained
And even though you needed me
It was clear that I could not do a thing for you

Now life devalues day by day
As friends and neighbors turn away
And there's a change that, even with regret, cannot be undone

Now frontiers shift like desert sands
While nations wash their bloodied hands
Of loyalty, of history, in shades of grey

I woke to the sound of drums
The music played, the morning sun streamed in
I turned and I looked at you
And all but the bitter residues slipped away... slipped away

Pink Floyd-Poles Apart

Did you know...it was all going to go so wrong for you
And did you see it was all going to be so right for me
Why did we tell you then
You were always the golden boy then
And that you'd never lose that light in your eyes

Hey you...did you realize what you'd become
And did you see that it wasn't only me you were running from
Did you know all the time but it never bothered you anyway
Leading the blind while I stared out the steel in your eyes

The rain fell slow, down on all the roofs of uncertainty
I thought of you and the years and all the sadness fell away from me
And did you know...
I never thought that you'd lose the light in your eyes

Pink Floyd- What Do You Want From Me

As you look around this room tonight
Settle in your seat and dim the lights
Do you want my blood, do you want my tears
What do you want
What do you want from me
Should I sing until I can't sing any more
Play these strings until my fingers are raw
You're so hard to please
What do you want from me

Do you think that I know something you don't know
What do you want from me
If I don't promise you the answers would you go
What do you want from me
Should I stand out in the rain
Do you want me to make a daisy chain for you
I'm not the one you need
What do you want from me

You can have anything you want
You can drift, you can dream, even walk on water
Anything you want

You can own everything you see
Sell your soul for complete control
Is that really what you need

You can lose yourself this night
See inside there is nothing to hide
Turn and face the light

What do you want from me

Radiohead-High And Dry

Un clasico de mi infancia.....

Two jumps in a week
I bet you think that’s pretty clever
Don’t you boy?
Flying on your motorcycle
Watching all the ground
Beneath you drop
You’d kill yourself for recognition
Kill yourself to never
Ever stop
You broke another mirror
You’re turning into something
You are not.
Don’t leave me high
Don’t leave me dry
Don’t leave me high
Don’t leave me dry
Drying up in conversation
You will be the one
Who cannot talk
All your insides fall to pieces,
You just sit there wishing
You could still make love.
They’re the ones who’ll hate you
When you think you’ve got
The world all sussed out.
They’re the ones who’ll spit at you,
you will be the one
screaming out
Don’t leave me high
Don’t leave me dry
Don’t leave me high
Don’t leave me dry
It’s the best thing that you ever had,
the best thing that you ever, ever had.
It’s the best thing that you ever had,
the best thing you have had, has gone away.
Don’t leave me high
Don’t leave me dry
