Exxasens-Post-Rock-Post Metal-España!

Exxasens es una banda fundada en Barcelona, España, producto de un pasatiempo de Jordi Ruiz de crear música a partir de su guitarra y el uso de una computadora.

A diferencia de muchas otras bandas de Post Rock, Exxasens incorpora las percusiones en la capa principal del espacio musical, aunado a ello el uso de efectos sonoros creados electónicamente muy adecuados para el IDM y los acordes de guitarra rápidos y largos propios del Post Rock. Polaris, disco debut de Exxasens podría ser definido como uno de los discos que en el 2008 rescataban al post rock de la monotonía en la que muchas bandas se habían estancado y redefinía una forma de hacer Post Rock: progresivo y en una pequeña parte, new metalero. Progresivo Italiano, Goblin-Roller-1976

Sin palabras HERMOSO una maravilla del ROCK PROG ITALIANO, si te gusta el PROG, es indispensable para tu coleccion!

Goblin (banda progresiva que se hizo es más conocida por las composiciones que hicieron para ambientar películas de terror, como: "Profondo Rosso" y "Suspiria", ambas dirigidas por Darío ARGENTO) lanza en 1976 su segunda placa titulada Roller. Dicho álbum se manifiesta como una obra envuelta en sonidos influenciados por el jazz y la música clásica, logrando así pues producir una música equilibrada y elegante. Las composiciones de Roller son una especie Jazz Rock de tintes Prog-sinfonicos que se basan en los teclados de Simonetti y la guitarra de MORANTE.Cada pieza tiene aspectos interesantes, aunque superficialmente parecen muy sencillas. Debe destacarse aquí la sobriedad de cada uno de los músicos, que se concretan en dar lo que cada tema necesita, sin hacer la innecesaria ostentación de sus habilidades, logrando con ello un sonido bien ensamblado en una unidad sólida y compacta. En resumen Roller es un lado mas calido, luminoso y sofisticado de Goblin.
